📋 Description

• Senior product leader owning discovery and validation of opportunities
• Define how org identifies unmet needs, tests hypotheses, and invests in ideas
• Spans customer discovery, experimentation, business-case, 0-to-1 launches, post-launch growth
• Collaborate with customers, prospects, engineers, Product, Sales, and leadership
• Operate with autonomy; establish derisking processes without disrupting roadmap
• Influence product strategy, revenue growth, retention, and speed in fintech

🎯 Requirements

• Product Leadership: 8+ years of PM ownership at senior/director level
• Fintech Expertise: 3+ years in debt, payments, lending
• B2B Product Experience: enterprise-focused
• 0-to-1 Experience: concept to launch with discovery
• Experimentation Rigor: test concepts, assess evidence, decide to invest
• Technical & Analytical: SQL, A/B testing, cohort analysis
