• Serve as an advanced subject matter expert for Epic reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
• Analyze customer and business requirements and translate them into complex reporting, analytics
• Build, modify, test, troubleshoot, and implement reporting solutions using Epic's tooling and data
• Develop meaningful data visualizations and communicate insights, trends, and actions while
• Lead deployment of data visualization solutions and contribute to enterprise reporting practices.
• Collaborate with teams to document complex logic and translate metrics into reusable datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data management, or IT within healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations and reporting in healthcare.
• Epic Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle certifications plus one Epic Data Model certification.
• Expert-level knowledge of Epic reporting tools and data governance.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
