📋 Description
- Drive end-to-end execution of program deliverables and health
- Define milestones, timelines, deployment plans
- Manage scope, demand intake, documentation, change control, communication
- Act as the face of the program to upper management and stakeholders
- Coordinate across Product, Operations, Technology, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and more
- Facilitate cross-team prioritization and release planning
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in program/project management on large technology/operations projects
- Agile techniques and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence across levels and cultures
- Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or related field
