- Lead U.S. market growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities within utility and industrial
- Drive product homologation and qualification efforts with key utility customers to expand adoption
- Serve as a technical subject-matter expert in grid automation, supporting customers and internal
- Lead technical discussions around grid automation architectures, protection systems, digital
- Translate customer requirements and market opportunities into technically viable and commercially
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, industrial customers, technology partners
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical
- 10+ years of professional experience in technical business development, power systems, grid
- Deep understanding of the U.S. utility market, including customer requirements, commercial
- Strong knowledge of grid automation technologies, digital substation architectures, protection
- Familiarity with IEEE standards and IEC 61850.
- Knowledge of DERMS, Dynamic Line Rating (DLR), and network state estimation.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary: $119,000–$190,400 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
