• Strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Experience developing change comms, engagement plans, and adoption metrics.
• Expertise in org design, transition planning, and impact analysis.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
