Talent Acquisition Partner, Product and Design

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Design teams.
• Partner with hiring managers across Product Mgmt, Data Science, and Design to fill critical roles.
• Build pipelines, run structured interview processes, and close candidates in fintech.
• Advise on market insights, candidate data, and workforce planning.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and collaboration with branding and total rewards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in product management, product strategy
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent strategy and role
• Strong sourcing skills with diverse pipelines via direct outreach, referrals, events, and creative
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) and data-driven recruiting.
• Excellent communication and organization to manage multiple searches across groups.
• Experience recruiting in fintech/payments and global/multi-regional hiring is a plus.
