- Support energy performance goals with plants and stakeholders.
- Analyze, report energy data and identify trends/opps.
- Promote energy management practices and training.
- Collaborate with global/regional teams on energy/carbon goals.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field or CEM cert.
- 3+ years in energy management or related area.
- Industrial environment experience.
- Strong Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP); data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Interpret data and communicate insights to technical/non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of sustainability metrics and carbon reduction.
