Sr. Consultant- Extended Workforce

📋 Description

• Advises on Extended Workforce strategy, operating model design, and program optimization.
• Leads discovery, assessment, and future-state design with senior business leaders.
• Develops actionable roadmaps spanning governance, processes, technology, and change.
• Facilitates on-site and virtual workshops with senior stakeholders to validate findings.
• Prepares executive-level recommendations and decision materials.
• Identifies opportunities to improve visibility, compliance, cost management, and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or related domains.
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience delivering assessments and advisory engagements.
• Experience with VMS platforms and Extended Workforce technologies preferred.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
