• Face of the Curaleaf brand; assist guests with cannabis product selections and provide top‑tier
• Create welcoming, informative, and inclusive guest experiences; build trust through personalized
• Support store operations: open/close, cash handling, maintain clean/stocked environment.
• Promote loyalty by signing guests up for rewards; collaborate with team for a positive atmosphere.
• Upsell, highlight deals, and stay informed on promotions to improve guest satisfaction.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail setting.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role with strong service focus.
• 6+ months of POS/cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliant environment.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and tech-savvy; able to learn new tools quickly.
