📋 Description

• Independent 1099 consultant providing RTI²-A+B technical assistance to TN schools/districts.
• In-person work in Tennessee with travel to assigned regions; some engagements may be virtual.
• Engagements are project-based, spanning FY27 with rolling openings (approx. 10 consultants).
• Regular school-day hours preferred for availability; schedule varies by engagement.
• Consultants may be contacted when opportunities align with expertise, location, and fee structure.

🎯 Requirements

• Independent Contractor (1099) status required.
• Experience in RTI², MTSS, instructional coaching, and district/school-level implementation is
• Strong collaboration with district/school leaders, instructional coaches, and educators.
• Able to work both in person and virtually; schedule and volume vary by project.
• Proven ability to design and deliver professional learning, coaching, and implementation supports.
