• You greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs
• You prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection, fuel options, and additional
• You meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling, driven by earnings
• You handle customer inquiries with urgency, organized and service-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
• Experience from retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental with customer relationships
• Excellent verbal communication and direct customer interaction
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment and handling pressure
• Willing to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record; authorized to work in the US without
