Product Manager Level III

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product roadmap for kids and family fintech product
• Lead discovery through launch and iteration with eng, design, and partners
• Conduct market research on kids fintech and education space
• Create user stories, personas, and journey maps for children and guardians
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and credit unions on requirements
• Translate concepts into actionable plans and prioritize backlog

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
• Minimum 7 years of product management in fintech/digital banking/financial education
• Passion for financial empowerment and education, esp. for families/kids
• Full lifecycle product experience from 0-to-1 through growth
• Strong regulatory/compliance understanding for financial products for minors
• Experience with market research and translating findings to features
