📋 Description

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across cross-domain detection and response.
• Lead Elastic's XDR expansion into exposure and vulnerability management.
• Drive roadmap for exposure signals, including attack surface and cloud posture.
• Be the product voice with senior stakeholders and translate market needs into requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security Labs to align data layers and convergence.
• Bridge XDR with exposure scoring and prioritization for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in product management, with 4+ years in security or B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR/EDR/SIEM or security operations; ability to discuss correlation and
• Keen understanding of analytics, threat landscape, and prioritization beyond CVSS alone.
• Strong architectural judgment; credible requirements over authority with engineering teams.
• Experience leading across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Executive presence to engage CISO-level stakeholders and roadmap with senior leaders.
