- 8+ years in delivering complex programs in capital markets or regulated environments.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and teams.
- Strong governance, risk, planning, budgeting, and delivery method skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
- Business case development skills.
