📋 Description
- Build and lead enterprise workforce planning; define vision, roadmap, operating model with Finance
- Develop demand forecasting, headcount, capacity, and scenario-planning models; tie workforce
- Partner with FP&A on headcount governance, budgets, forecasting, and long-term cost planning.
- Diagnose and redesign complex workforce planning processes; implement governance mechanisms.
- Transform manual planning into scalable, data-driven systems.
- Own and improve data infrastructure, reporting, dashboards, and self-service tools.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years experience in FP&A, analytics, management consulting, or related field; direct
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ability to build models from scratch.
- Proven ability to create forecasting, capacity, headcount, or scenario models from incomplete data.
- Strong SQL and BI/visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) highly preferred.
- Ability to replace manual processes with scalable, structured, repeatable solutions.
- Strong business acumen; connect workforce data to financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.
