Principal Product Manager (XDR & Exposure Management) - Security Solutions

📋 Description

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across cross-domain detection and response across endpoint, cloud
• Lead Elastic's XDR expansion into exposure and vulnerability management.
• Drive roadmap with input from Engineering and Security Labs research team.
• Bridge detection, exposure scoring, and prioritization with a unified data layer.
• Partner with engineering leads and Security Labs to write actionable requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ground detection and exposure scoring in real threat research.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience; 4+ years in security or B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, or security operations; credible on correlation and response
• Ability to articulate competitive landscape and turn research into differentiated direction.
• Experience across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success; cross-functional collaboration.
• Executive presence with CISO and VP-level stakeholders; comfort delivering challenging news.
• Interest in AI-augmented workflows and how AI/ML can augment security product delivery.
