📋 Description
- Customer service: greet customers, check in, book appointments, and assist with questions.
- Sales & Product Knowledge: upsell jewelry and aftercare products; stay informed on offerings.
- Studio Maintenance & Operations: keep studio clean, stock supplies, follow safety rules.
- Team Collaboration: work with Studio Manager and nurses, attend meetings and training.
- Administrative Duties: process transactions, manage inventory, maintain records.
🎯 Requirements
- Retail or service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Comfort with standing for long shifts and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Strong math and customer service skills.
