Data Quality / CRM Operations Evaluator

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and other work products against quality
• Assess outputs for accuracy, completeness, rigor, consistency, and relevance in data quality/CRM
• Identify factual, analytical, formatting, and presentation errors or inconsistencies.
• Apply professional expertise to determine whether outputs meet standards and business requirements.
• Provide clear, structured, actionable written feedback on issues and opportunities.
• Maintain consistency and objectivity across assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data quality, CRM operations, or related field.
• Native or professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, CRM processes, operational workflows, and business
• Excellent attention to detail to identify subtle factual, logical, structural, and presentation
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and/or
