Senior BI Analyst

📋 Description

• Sitting within the Operate domain, the Senior BI Analyst will be working on our flagship agentic
• Build innovative, data-first BI solutions — with a strong focus on Agentic-AI powered dashboards.
• Work directly with customers (including early adopters) to test, refine, and improve dashboards
• Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to translate customer needs into meaningful
• Compile, clean, and analyse large data sets to identify trends and unlock insights.
• Build robust and efficient data sources for BI reporting and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data visualisation skills and proven experience working with BI tools — ThoughtSpot
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable
• Confidence and enthusiasm in customer-facing discussions; able to lead dashboard testing sessions
• Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Clear, effective communication skills.
• Working hours to overlap with UK working hours (minimum 5 hours)
