📋 Description

• Remote client rep handling scheduled virtual/phone appointments
• Explain benefits options and help clients evaluate them
• Provide needs-based recommendations and assist with enrollment
• Complete documentation and beneficiary updates as needed
• Maintain digital records and timely follow-up with clients
• Build trust through active listening and responsive service

🎯 Requirements

• Previous insurance experience not required; entry-level welcome
• Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, healthcare, etc. transferable
• Strong verbal/written communication; clear explanations
• Active listening, relationship-building, interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with genuine desire to help families
• Good organization, time management, and independent work
