📋 Description

• Retail Customer Service Manager role in Ladbrokes & Coral shops.
• Deliver top customer service and maintain shop standards daily.
• Report to Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team building relationships.
• Offer product demos and assist customers with betting terminals.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving.
• Typical rota is 30 hours across varied shifts; shifts may include long opening/closing and evenings.

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years of age or over to work in betting shops.
• Experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
