📋 Description
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Partner with analysts, managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into visual solutions.
- Transform large datasets into insights and actionable visualizations.
- Support fraud, waste, and abuse analysis through clear visuals.
- Maintain dashboard quality with updates, accessibility, and usability checks.
- Train end users and present monthly visualizations to stakeholder groups.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Science or related field plus 2+ years of experience.
- Healthcare program expertise with Medicare/Medicaid.
- Dashboard development experience with Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.
- SQL, data modeling, and handling large datasets.
- Data visualization skills to clearly communicate analyses and trends.
- Dashboard design knowledge focusing on accessibility and user experience.
