Proposal Development Manager

📋 Description

• Lead development of high-quality proposals for CRO/life sciences clients.
• Translate RFP/RFI requirements into compelling, differentiated responses.
• Collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to shape budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
• Coordinate proposal writing, pricing, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery.
• Improve proposal processes and leverage technology for reusable content.
• Maintain accurate proposal records and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in CRO industry or related proposals/pricing/commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRO operations, drug development, and clinical/scientific data terminology.
• Experience authoring and managing complex CRO/pharma/biotech proposals.
• Experience developing and validating budgets; translating budgets for client formats
• Proficient with CRM platforms, SharePoint, and document management; strong MS Office
