📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
• Support shop operations and customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Handle cash transactions and assist customers with products and betting terminals.
• Open or close the shop and work within a 35-hour weekly rota.
• Adhere to safer gambling guidelines and maintain high shop standards.
• Collaborate with the Shop Manager to meet targets and provide excellent service.

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
