- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
- Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and systems.
- Assist customers with piercing options and jewelry choices.
- Answer questions about procedures, aftercare, and products.
- Promote Rowan products and upsell related items.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and styles.
🎯 Requirements
- Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
- Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
- Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and stay busy in busy times.
- Team oriented, flexible, and helpful.
