📋 Description
- Support development and improvement of data governance framework, policies, standards, and roadmaps.
- Define and maintain data standards, naming conventions, definitions, and reference data.
- Establish data ownership and RACI models across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stewards, owners, security, and legal to operationalize governance requirements.
- Ensure data classification and compliance with privacy and regulatory needs.
- Translate policies into actionable governance controls and practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Systems or related field; 5+ years general; 7+ years specialized
- Experience supporting enterprise data governance programs and operationalizing policies.
- Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, governance frameworks, and operating models.
- Experience defining enterprise data standards across teams/environments.
- Experience with high-sensitivity data and privacy/security practices.
- Experience with data catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, Qlik) and data lineage.
