- PhD with 3+ years (or Master’s 9+ years, Bachelor’s 13+ years) in relevant fields.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
- Proven track record in pharmacometrics and modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration ability.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
