📋 Description

• Meet/exceed sales goals and key metrics.
• Lead Design Consultants to high customer service standards.
• Collaborate with GM and Operations to optimize process flow.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all touchpoints.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; night/weekend flexibility as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Sales Consultant or sales mgmt (preferred).
• Industry experience a plus.
• Proven sales coach and mentor.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
