• Take orders over phone and in person
• Greet customers within 10 seconds

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (with calculator if needed)
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
• Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
