📋 Description
- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, conducting research, stakeholder
- Develop culture and talent assets, including culture blueprints, narratives, leadership values, and
- Build high-quality presentations, strategic models, frameworks, and other materials guiding client
- Establish and strengthen trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Partner with design, content, digital, and creative specialists to translate recommendations into
- Guide and educate both internal teams and client stakeholders on talent and culture concepts.
🎯 Requirements
- University degree with a business-focused discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in complex business, consulting, or enterprise strategy.
- Broad HR and talent expertise across areas such as talent management, L&D, rewards, engagement
- Strong understanding of organizational structures and workplace culture.
- Demonstrated consulting experience with stakeholder input and strategic delivery.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
