Global insurance and asset management company seeks aresponsible, organized, dynamic and team-oriented person.
The ToxicManagement Analyst supports the Toxic Asset Management (TAM) program, whichgoverns technology assets that have reached or are approaching End of Support or End ofLife and may pose financial, reputational, or regulatory risk.
The role validates lifecycle dataacross multiple source systems, investigates gaps and discrepancies, performs root cause analysis, andworks with service owners, technical teams, risk stakeholders, and leadership to establishremediation plans and committed dates. Fluent English is required for collaboration with local andglobal stakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities
- Define, document,and continuously improve Toxic Asset Management processes, workflows,standards, and training materials for multiple audiences;
- Execute ToxicAsset Management activities to ensure accurate monitoring of current andforward-looking toxic assets;
- Review,validate, and reconcile lifecycle data across CMDB, ServiceNow, endpointmanagement, discovery, vulnerability, and approved reporting repositories;
- Maintainaudit-ready evidence supporting reported results, findings, and remediationactions;
- Investigatereporting inaccuracies, unexpected asset discoveries, trend changes, ownershipgaps, duplicate records, stale records, and remediation issues;
- Perform rootcause analysis and document corrective actions and controls to reducerecurrence risk;
- Coordinate withremediation owners, service owners, risk stakeholders, and technical teams toclarify ownership, dates, risks, blockers, and required follow-up;
- Design andmaintain service measurements, Critical Success Factors, KPIs, dashboards, andexecutive-ready governance reporting;
- Driveimprovements in reporting quality, dashboard design, automation, processcompliance, and stakeholder accountability.
- Experiencesupporting technology operations, asset management, configuration management,lifecycle management, risk management, compliance, audit support, or related ITgovernance functions;
- Strongproficiency in Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, and trackers, including datavalidation, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and accuratecommunication of findings;
- Workingknowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB, or equivalent ITSM and asset repositories;
- Stronganalytical judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and abilityto work with incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting datasets;
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarizecomplex issues for technical, non-technical, and senior leadership audiences;
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities, maintain organized documentation, and driveaccountable stakeholder follow-up;
- FluentEnglish, both written and spoken, for internal, Organizational Entity, andglobal stakeholder communication;
- Strongorganization, execution, initiative, negotiation, stress tolerance, customerfocus, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing root cause analysisfor reporting, compliance, data quality, or technology process issues.
- Experience creating executivepresentations, governance reporting, leadership communications, or audit-readyevidence packages.
- Experience facilitating meetings,requirements discussions, process improvement sessions, or stakeholder workinggroups.
- Familiarity with discovery, endpointmanagement, and vulnerability data platforms or equivalent systems.
- Proficiencyin Power BI and data query tools such as SCCM or SSRS, including translatingdata insights into executive-ready reporting.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of relevant professionalexperience;
- Evidence of delivery in enterprise-scale,regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments;
- Exposure to ITSM disciplines such asSoftware Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management,Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and ProblemManagement;
- Individualcontributor experience with strong stakeholder-facing ownership; no formaltechnical leadership or mentoring responsibility is required.
Education
- Four-year degree in a related field ofstudy, or equivalent work experience;
- In lieu of a degree, 3 to 5 years ofdirect or indirect exposure to relevant ITSM disciplines;
- Nospecific certifications are required.
Working Model & Collaboration
- Brazilbased role with a 100% remote working model;
- Close collaboration with service owners,technical teams, risk stakeholders, and senior leadership across local andglobal Organizational Entities;
- Daily use of email, SharePoint, servicemanagement tools, and Excel to support recurring monthly cycles, governanceroutines, and leadership reporting;
- Scheduleflexibility should be confirmed for interviews, releases, and critical monthlydeadlines.
