Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-11392 Supply Chain Operations & Data Support Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Junior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A growing global sourcing and supply chain company serving large wholesale distributors is seeking a highly organized and analytical Virtual Assistant to support data-heavy operational workflows, project coordination, and account management.

The primary need is an individual with advanced Microsoft Excel skills who can take spreadsheet, reporting, forecasting, and operational work off senior leadership. The VA will also work within ClickUp, SharePoint, and OneDrive to help organize projects, information, and recurring workflows.

Supply chain or logistics experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable solving problems independently, and capable of becoming a long-term operational resource as the company grows.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Excel & Data Support

• Build, format, maintain, and improve Excel spreadsheets

• Organize and analyze operational, order, pricing, and client data

• Assist with forecasting and client reporting

• Consolidate information into organized reports and trackers

• Help improve spreadsheet workflows using Excel, Copilot, and other available tools

Supply Chain & Account Support

• Assist with order, product, supplier, and client information

• Support account managers with forecasts, reports, and data requests

• Maintain accurate operational records and project information

• Assist with tracking longer-term sourcing and delivery workflows

• Support additional supply chain and operational projects as assigned

Project & Systems Support

• Maintain tasks, projects, and follow-ups within ClickUp

• Organize files and shared information within SharePoint and OneDrive

• Track deadlines and outstanding action items

• Assist with documentation and workflow organization

• Participate in internal or client meetings as responsibilities expand

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required

• ClickUp or more advanced project management tool experience required

• SharePoint and OneDrive experience strongly preferred

• Supply chain, logistics, wholesale distribution, operations, or project support experience a plus

• Forecasting and reporting experience preferred

• Microsoft 365 experience preferred

• Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tool experience is a plus

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours

• Daily Working Time: TBD - Flexible EST Business Hours

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work

• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client

• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
