Senior Scientist II, Computational Pathology, Precision Medicine Pathology

📋 Description

• Develop, train, and validate ML models for tissue image analysis.
• Apply deep learning and representation learning for digital pathology.
• Curate large pathology datasets for robust training/evaluation.
• Build tools/pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, deployment.
• Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, statisticians, and engineers.
• Assist external collaborations to enhance project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in CS, EE, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field; or MS + 5+ years industry
• Experience in image analysis: segmentation, object detection, classification.
• Python programming; OpenCV; TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiar with MLOps, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
