Manager of Data Science Production Engineering, Data Engineering & Delivery

📋 Description

• Lead a Data Engineering & Delivery (DED) team within DSPE, building data infrastructure and ETL
• Translate business needs into technical specs and implementation plans with DSPE leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmaps, resolve dependencies, and measure performance.
• Oversee data products, data delivery solutions, and data systems maintenance and improvements.
• Coach team on new technologies, procedures, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree in a quantitative field; PhD a plus. Doctorate: optional.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience; management experience leading data teams.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., CLIA/FDA) is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; knowledge of R is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight) and data products.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
