🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as AI researcher, data scientist, or ML engineer.
• Experience delivering research components from design to implementation.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent systems, NLP, and classic ML methods.
• Collaborative, communicates complex concepts clearly.
• Experience turning research into actionable insights for technical partners.
• Proficiency with Python for data processing/ML; familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph
