• Retail Customer Service Manager role in Ladbrokes & Coral shops
• Deliver top customer service and drive standards daily
• Report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team
• Support customers and build relationships to encourage repeat business
• Open or close the shop and maintain shop standards

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years old to work in betting shops
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Confidence working with customers in person
• Cash handling and payment transactions familiarity
