• Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral shops.
• Assist customers with bets and explain products and terminals.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain shop standards.
• Promote safer gambling and support customer confidence.
• Open/close shop shifts and work across a 8am–10pm schedule per location.
• Work is part of a team focused on targets and customer relations.

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18+ to work in betting shops.
• Customer-facing experience required.
• Confident in in-person customer interactions.
• Experience with cash handling and payments.
