📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional implementations/projects with stakeholders; manage project plans and risk
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate departmental performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with internal/external groups to design change management and program strategies.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
• 2+ years with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python or similar).
• 2+ years end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing/improving workflows and operating/technical procedures.
• 2+ years applying Lean, Six Sigma and/or Theory of Constraints.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay: $87,188 - $114,434 per year.
