- Forecast and manage resources and budgets globally
- Lead short and long-term resource scenarios
- Plan and update resources across functions with heads
- Partner with VPs to set departmental goals
- Coordinate cross-R&D initiatives to improve ops
- Develop relationships to support R&D objectives
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years (BA) or 3+ (MS) or 2+ (PhD) in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing large projects in matrixed orgs
- Proven ability to present data to executives
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
- Strong analytical and communication skills
