📋 Description

• Lead the analytics strategy for insurance and investment management operations.
• Oversee and grow the analytics function with high-quality reporting and modeling.
• Translate data into actionable insights for exec decisions and capital allocation.
• Drive automation and tooling to modernize systems and speed insights.
• Mentor analytics team while executing hands-on work when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams.
• 10+ years in analytics, data strategy, BI, or related field.
• Experience leading company-wide analytics programs, preferably in a startup.
• Strategic and tactical, autonomous, able to roll up sleeves.
• Strong data operations, statistical analysis, dashboarding, governance.
• Experience with investment portfolios and/or insurance/financial services analytics.
