📋 Description
- Own a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, research execution
- Guide customers through research and analytics workflows, including cohort definition and study
- Translate goals into clear requirements and coordinate with product, research, engineering, and
- Manage customer education, enablement, and executive-ready communications.
- Build trusted relationships with clinical, analytics, and research stakeholders; act as strategic
- Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and expand customer impact.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in EMR/RWD/RWE, public health research, or regulatory submissions.
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or healthcare analytics.
- Experience with public health research, epidemiology, outcomes research, or clinical research.
- Strong project and stakeholder management; effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
