• Deliver outstanding customer service at Ladbrokes & Coral shops
• Open/close the shop; 20 hour weekly rota
• Assist customers with bets and transactions
• Demonstrate products and betting terminals
• Maintain high shop standards and safe gambling practices

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older to work in betting shops
• Customer-facing experience
• Confidence with customers in person
• Cash handling and payment transactions
