• 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services, Payments or FinTech
• Data-driven with quantitative analysis to defend decisions
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in business environments
• Strong collaboration across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex ideas
• Ownership mentality and ability to lead without formal authority
