Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Work on cross-functional team to prepare data for modeling in Product Development and Manufacturing
• Partner with SMEs to compile, clean, and feature engineer lab and commercial datasets
• Deliver end-to-end data pipelines, products, and models from concept to deployment
• Develop digital twin process models using multivariate, hybrid, and mechanistic approaches
• Automate data collection through model execution in a Lab-in-the-Loop environment
• Pursue scientific initiative, publish findings, and advance research or development programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with significant experience; Master’s/PhD with relevant
• Strong programming in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud-based data lake infrastructure and data pipelines
• Familiarity with data tooling (GitHub, KNIME, dbt)
• Experience with model management and pipeline tools (MLflow, DataBricks) a plus
• Interest in process, statistical, hybrid, mechanistic, and/or machine learning models
