• Client facing or stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of customer insights and consultative selling
• Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review, Category management, assortment analytics
• Accountable for all categories and CPGs within the business unit
• Team leadership, recruitment, and performance reviews
