🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in veterinary industry, ops or clinical management
- 3+ years B2B account management or sales
- Empathetic, confident in difficult conversations
- Highly organized with multi-case management ability
- Strong strategic communication and de-escalation skills
- Experience with tech, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
