📋 Description

• Role focuses on govern ed AI agents, real-time decisioning, and production ML systems.
• Build production agents that answer business questions with governed SQL and traceable outputs.
• Develop AI agents, ML models, data science work, and dashboards/surfaces for business use.
• Work on a platform with auditable, secure decisioning and human-approved boundaries.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software, data science, or ML engineering; 1+ year building LLM-powered agents in
• Experience shipping production RAG systems with grounding and retrieval quality.
• Strong Python; comfort with TypeScript for UI surfaces; SQL on columnar stores.
• Hands-on with LangGraph or Anthropic Agent SDK / MCP; experience with agent orchestration.
• Production ML lifecycle ownership: training, serving, monitoring, retraining; anomaly detection.
• Experience with analytics tech: SQL, ClickHouse; streaming: Kafka/MSK.
