Azure Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate structured and unstructured security telemetry.
• Onboard new log sources and validate end-to-end data flows with various internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, timeliness, and usefulness for monitoring, detection, and risk
• Collaborate with detection engineering and security ops to support investigations and cyber risk

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, or related tech.
• Hands-on experience onboarding, managing, and validating log sources within SIEM or cloud data
• Strong parsing, normalization, transformation, and validation skills (regex, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Experience with Azure ecosystem, cloud logging/monitoring, and analytics services.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills for ingestion, schema, and data-quality issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.
