Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Client Communications product roadmap from strategy through execution, translating company
• Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Operations, taking
• Define detailed Epics and User Stories with clear scope, dependencies, requirements, and acceptance
• Develop user journeys, process flows, and data flow diagrams for client communications, onboarding
• Create wireframes and collaborate with Design teams to translate product concepts into intuitive
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Service, and other business leaders to align

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated history of owning and developing
• Strong ability to understand and manage detailed, complex product environments, ideally within
• Proven ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and business
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, user journeys, wireframes
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and experience with tools such as
