AI Transformation & Strategy Consultant

📋 Description

• AI transformation consultant to rethink work using generative AI, automation, and agent-based
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Prototype solutions and scale AI-enabled workflows across enterprises
• Operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and applied AI
• Work with modern AI platforms: LLMs, copilots, workflow automation platforms, agentic systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt AI responsibly and effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in management consulting
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience supporting digital, data, automation, or AI initiatives in a consulting or enterprise
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts: LLMs, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows
• Hands-on with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) or workflow automation platforms
• Ability to translate business problems into structured AI solutions
